4. It is not fun to work at Amazon

Of the many Amazon myths, this one angers a lot of people. How good are the working conditions at Amazon? Are people happy working there or not? What is known about working in the warehouse for this corporation is not the best. The workers complain that the wages are low and the working conditions are terrible.

Now, we want to know the truth. Is this a myth, or is this the reality?

If you work in the warehouses of Amazon, you can’t say that your work is fun and easy. It is extremely tiring to be a warehouse worker, and everybody knows that. Also, if you are living in an urban area, your salary might not seem like enough for your day-to-day life.

However, Amazon has so far judged that the expense of training new hires isn’t so high that they need to address their high turnover, strengthening their reputation as a demanding and challenging place to work.
