6. Old Typewriters
Do you have an old, forgotten typewriter in your basement? To you, it may be worthless, but for those collecting vintage books and other items dating back to the times when writing a book was different from how it’s done today, an old typewriter could hold real value.
However, in order to sell it on eBay, the typewriter must be in good condition and working. People aren’t really interested in broken and unusable typewriters. If yours meets those two conditions mentioned above, it could bring you nearly $200. Some of the older models can go even higher, with current prices ranging between $470 and $560.
So, if you know you have one in your basement or attic, see if it still works and try selling it on eBay.

I have 3 or 4 items I would like to know how to sell them. Where do I go to see what they are worth if anything.
Google any results of auctions of the items you have. That’s what I did and found out an old campbells soup sign sold for 16000$. Mine was in better shape and sold for 19000$
Try looking them up on eBay.
I have plenty of vinyl’s, one very old typewriter portable and playboy magazines.

I got three large boxes of the original Star Wars stuff that’s never been opened or out of the box. I forgot it was there and just found it. I got it when the base was getting rid of it all when they were closing down. I bought 3 shopping carts full for the kids and put it away. Then we moved and the rest is history. Never even looked at it.

Lots of Vinyl Records-most are classical music and local buyers aren’t interested in this genre of music.

I have a Singer sewing machine in its original case. Also a wrought-iron sewing machine holder with the foot pedal. My oldest sister was born in 1938 the next in 1942 and myself 1946. My mother used to make almost all of our clothes on this machine. Not sure who to contact.
